It now properly supports threaded / nested comments. You can simply replace the comments.php file in Multi with the one from either a fresh download, or the one in Desk Mess Mirrored. The files are the same but the update process at WordPress does not allow for the removal of existing theme files ... thus the required duplication. @Andy – The major change with the “Multi” theme is the comments.php template file.
