I’m using Desktop Mess mirrored, mixing up elements of the old and the new version, and I made my own header art and translated all texts in italian.
I’m not very sure that the sticky note with the baloon works for comments: I wrote something upon it just to make more evident that you’ve got to click here to leave a comment, but I think that somebody can be a little disappointed without the classic line (such as link that leads you to the comment page) at the end of the post. Can you help me adding it? I’m a css-newbie…

@Michele – Thank you for choosing Desk Mess Mirrored as the basis for your theme, but I have no connection to the “old” version. I appreciate the input regarding the comment balloon, I will add it to my review list for a future revision.
