@Steven – The site you “discovered” is definitely using my Desk Mess Mirrored theme, but it is an older version … and the way they have modified it is also incorrect. Although I do quite like the modifications they made. Creating a design (correctly) similar to that site is definitely possible but would require quite a lot of work as most of the graphic elements appear to have been changed and would need to be created for your use.
